Elliott Partner, Entrust, is Rebranding its Sigma™ and Artista™ Desktop Printers to Entrust Datacard®.
If you currently use an Entrust Sigma or Entrust Artista desktop ID card printer, you will soon notice a change in how these products are branded. Over the coming months, Entrust is transitioning these product names to the legacy name Entrust Datacard®.

Here is what you need to know about this transition:

- Same Great Hardware: The printers themselves are not changing. Only the names on the boxes and marketing materials are moving to the Entrust Datacard® banner.
- Printer Supplies: all printer supply numbers will remain the same but packaging will begin to reflect the new name.
- No Impact on Performance: Your printer’s functionality, software performance, and capabilities remain exactly the same.
- Continued Support: Technical support, warranty terms, and the availability of supplies (like ribbons and cleaning kits) will not be disrupted.
- Timeline: The rebranding rollout is already underway!
Please note that this update applies strictly to Entrust’s desktop issuance printer lines. Entrust’s Central Issuance high-volume product lines are entirely unaffected by this change.
Ultimately, this is a cosmetic update to reflect the Datacard name and quality printer foundation these printer product lines have been built on over the years. You can continue to rely on your desktop printers for your secure issuance needs just as you do today.
